The Boston Brace system, first developed by Hall and Miller in the early 1970's has evolved over its 30 plus years of existence. Critical analysis of patient outcomes, compliance, common adjustments have allowed the system to mature. The goal remains as it did 30 years ago, to prevent progression and maintain a stable spine in adulthood.
