    Thumbs up Amazing result.

Here are pics taken a few days a part of a girl receiving alternative scoliosis treatment. I believe that this kind of results can only be obtained if a strong sensory-motor component is present in idiopathic scoliosis and that is something that can be rehabilitated.

To me the results are just amazing!

    Default Alexander Technique

The Alexander technique has been around for a long time (AKA: stood the test of time), so it must be working at least so some reasonable degree. However, I still think training the involuntary postural control centers in the CNS via the righting reflexes is the best way to go.

The pre and post cobb angle measurements were 96 over 48 to 66 over 27. weight bearing transfer ratio was 85% improved meaning she displaced approximately 70% of her overall weight through her right leg, we had to do an awful lot of postural retraining with her to get her off of that right dominant stance, the primary treatment program was CLEAR. She has a long road ahead of her since she is only 8.
