This is a direct quote from a 9 year old patient of mine (hence I am posting it for her under my forum account).
Exercises for scoliosis are just like a fever for a cold. When your body get's warmer, it may not feel good, but your body can take it and the germs can't. When you do scoliosis exercises (which don't hurt) it may be hard, but your body can take it and the scoliosis can't.

I am happy and proud to report that Mikayla is now age 10 1/2 and scoliosis free. Her scoliscore shows a low genetic predisposition for severe progression through adolscence.
She will continue her daily scoliosis exercise program and recieve a yearly exam to ensure that her scoliosis curvature does not return as she experiences rapid growth during adolscence.
